Encore

Built for the welcome table

A classy way to take requests. And tips.

One printed card on the gift table. Guests scan during cocktails, request a song for the dance floor, tip what they can. No phones fumbled at the mic. No “TIP JAR” signage. The card looks like it belongs at the wedding.

From cocktails to last dance.

01

Print the card.

Print your Encore page on 8.5×11 cardstock. Your stage name (or the couple's names) sit at the top with the QR below. Set it on the welcome table, or discreet near the band.

02

Guests scan during cocktails.

Aunt Diane requests Brown Eyed Girl for $10. The groom's college friend tips $50. Uncle Jim pays $20 for the first-dance song.

03

You run the floor.

Hidden queue on your phone. Play requests in set order. Priority requests ($25+) bump up. The couple never has to ask the bride's dad for his phone.

What makes it wedding-appropriate

Looks like it was printed by the stationer.

  • Serif display typography, neutral palette. No ‘TIP JAR’ visual language — this is a wedding, not a bar.
  • Custom accent color (Pro) skins your public page to match the wedding palette. Sage, dusty rose, navy, anything.
  • Set your song prices — or price tips at $0 if the couple has pre-paid the band and you only want requests.
  • Printed at 300 DPI — looks clean on real cardstock. We test it on paper, not just screens.
  • Hidden queue lives on your phone. No crowd-facing screen. No leaderboard. No mess.

Wedding musician questions.

Can we brand it with the couple's names?

Yes. Your stage name is fully custom — set it to ‘Anna & James · 10.12.26’ or whatever the couple wants.

What if the couple doesn't want tips visible?

Disable the tip chips. The card can be requests-only, or tips-only, or both. Your call per-event.

Do we need a different page for each wedding?

One page per band is enough for most. If you're doing high-end work, create a new page per wedding (your slug is free — just reprint).

Is the printed card actually wedding-quality?

Yes. 300 DPI, serif typography, neutral palette by default. Print it on cardstock at home or hand it to the stationer.

The couple will thank you.

Free to start. Print the card this week. Queue runs on your phone.
