Printable templates for gigging musicians

A QR code only works if people notice it and their camera can read it. These templates handle the parts that usually go wrong: the code is big enough to scan from where the audience stands, the contrast survives stage lighting, and the words tell people what the scan does (tip, request a song, follow) before they bother to lift their phone.
